Yes. Every used instrument gets set up on our bench before it ships: fresh strings, truss rod, action and intonation set, electronics checked. If anything feels off when it arrives, call us and we will sort it.

Can I return it if it is not for me?

You have 14 days from delivery. Keep it in the condition you received it and email brosguitarshop@gmail.com to start the return.

How does it ship?

Double boxed, case braced, neck supported, with tracking. Free within the US. We also ship worldwide, just email for a quote.

Can I see more photos or a video first?

Of course. Call 646-559-8771 or email and tell us what you want to see. Or come play it at 316 E 84th St.
