Specs
This hybrid model is incredibly lightweight. It resembles the weight and feel of a ¾ guitar, but it’s not a toy by any means. There are 3 tone nobs; one for your high tones, one for your low tones, and one for your mid-tones. The guitar features 24 smooth-sailing frets that you can easily glide your fingers across. There’s a hole in the middle of the guitar to capture the classical, acoustic tone while still being plugged into your favorite amplifier rig. To top it all off, the single, Piezo pickup perfectly captures the magic this guitar provides. ICYMI, Piezo pickups are incredible. They operate via a compressed crystal to provide tone from the pressure of your fingers on the frets.
Aesthetics
“Jaw-dropping” is a great adjective to describe O Guitars’ trailblazing creation. It features a spruce front, maple fretboard and pickup, gorgeous gold tuners and hardware, and a mahogany body. There is a small hole on the guitar’s head that matches the one in the middle of its body. These choices provide cohesion between the story this guitar is telling. Remember, the goal is to combine the old with the new. Tiny but mighty, O Guitars has created a guitar that can fit in any collection aesthetically.
Who’s It For
Singer-songwriters and classical players would love this model. However, we don’t want you to limit your collection based on those genres.
