Check out this absolute beauty of a vintage guitar!
This is a very well-kept 1968 Telecaster in its original blonde finish. This guitar was consigned with us by its second owner, who has owned it since the late 70s.
This guitar was VERY well loved in its life and it shows! The wear and grime have been kept for posterity, but the grime can easily be cleaned off at the request of the next owner.
It's already been set up to play with the lowest allowable action on a 7 1/4" radius - no choking or fretting out was detected all along the neck; the truss rod is also fully functioning.
All parts are original to our knowledge; the frets are about 70% done and are very low, but this guitar plays about as well as any modern guitar.
The strap is original to the second owner; since this guitar is on consignment, we didn't have the heart to remove the strap, as removing it will completely destroy the strap - it's up to its next owner to remove it.
This guitar features a two-piece maple neck and weighs in at a very nice 7 pounds.
