A 50s Gibson for under $5000? It doesn't happen too often but if you're willing to go smaller it's possible!
This is a beautiful, almost all original Gibson ES-140 in the classic sunburst - aside from the headstock break that was repaired decades ago and is still holding strong, it seemed a small pin was added to the neck heel to act as a strap attachment point; along with likely repaired wiring, these seem to be the only changes made - the P-90, tuners, bridge, and pickguard all appear to be original.
It sports a beautiful Brazilian rosewood fretboard in an adorable 22.75" scale - the string spacing is also tighter with a 1 9/16" nut width.
It's currently strung with 12 gauge flatwound strings and is playing amazing!
